Job Description:

itump is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative at itump, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and technical support issues.
  • Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
