UX Designer

Job Description:

‍itump is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. As a UX Designer at itump, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to research, design, and prototype innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and developers to ensure a seamless transition from design to implementation.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for user needs.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
